Palin Drone

Yesterday I jokingly set a challenge to my formalist poet friends -- I asked if anybody could come up with a good palindrome about Palin, or at least a palinode -- 

You can imagine my surprise when Tom Orange alerted me to the title of "Sarah Palin's blog" -- "Welcome to the PalinDrome" - perhaps the best parody I've seen all year, because it strikes so close to home (after all, the real Sarah Palin really did think the pledge of allegiance was written by our founding fathers).
